The annual Gallup Global Safety Report measures feelings of safety across 144 countries and territories. It is used as an indication of global progress toward achieving the United Nations' goal for peaceful societies.

The Gallup Global Safety Report has found that Singaporeans universally feel safe:
✅ A remarkable 98% of respondents feel safe walking alone at night, far exceeding the global average of 73%.
✅ Singapore also scored 95 on Gallup’s Law and Order Index Score, indicating low incidence of theft and assault, and strong confidence in the local police (🫰and 💪 @singaporepoliceforce)
