9 February 2026
Investigations have revealed that UNC3886 mounted cyber attacks against four major telco operators – SingTel, StarHub, M1 and Simba – with the potential to bring our lives to a grinding halt. While the attacks have been contained – a testament to Singapore’s collective efforts to keep our cyberspace secure – we must remain prepared for threats to our systems.

As we commemorate Total Defence Day on 15 February, let's do our part and PLAN for disruptions, PREPARE to respond, and PLAY OUR PART to keep Singapore strong.
