I recently went for a free CPR+AED course with my sister at our neighbourhood Residents’ Network 🫀 Honestly, it’s one of those skills that can make a real difference when it matters most — because you never think an emergency will happen near you, until it does. Definitely worth a few hours of your weekend to level up your heartware (and arm game) 💪🏻😬 Tag your emergency MVP below and get them to sign up too👇🏻 #cprtraining #savealife #civildefence #sgsecure
